No panorama to see? normally there is no plugin or download necessary for running the panoramas. You just need to activate your browser's java-option.
With internet explorer 6.0:
Extras-Internetoptionen-Erweitert-Java(Sun): Häkchen setzen.
With netscape 7.1 navigator:

The panoramas are based on a programming language called java which is also used for home banking. This tells about it's safety and availability.
If the latest version of java should not be installed on your computer, download for windows 9x/ME/NT 4.0/2000/XP and all other operating systems (MacOs, Linux, Solaris) here.
